1、适用于分子生物学中冷冻生物样品；

1、For efficiently cooling bio-samples in molecular biological experiment.

2、用于冰浴、转移和储藏深度冻存的样品，可用来防止酶的失活、PCR样品制备、样品转移和冷冻样品的缓慢解冻；

2、For ice-bathing and storing deep-frozen samples in the process of transfer, for preventing enzyme inactivation, for PCR preparation and for slow thawing of the frozen samples when exposing room temperature.

PCR冰盒的使用与维护

Usage and Maintenance

产品的使用

Operation

1、取下透明防护罩；

1、Remove the transparent protective cover.

2、将冰板（或同底座）“倒置”放入冰箱充冷至少2小时；

2、Before use, place the PCR-Cooler (or together with its holder) with its bottom side facing upwards in a freezer.

3、待冰板完全冻结后取出备用。

3、Allow for use until PCR-Cooler completely frozen

注：如需对样本进行标注，可使用专用的标签插入侧面标签卡位。

Note: If label the sample, the PCR-Cooler can be labeled individually using supplied cards to insert into the slots on the sides of the PCR-Cooler.

 

 

注意事项

Cautions

* PCR实验时建议专人按要求操作；

* Advise professional staff operate it following the instructions of PCR-Cooler during PCR experiment.

 

* 注意在离心分离的实验过程中所导致的PCR冰板损坏；

* Do not centrifuge the PCR-Cooler, for centrifugation forces may result in damage to the PCR-Cooler.

 

* 避免尖锐物品破坏冰板底部的薄膜层。

* Avoid sharp objects damage the thin film layer at the bottom of the PCR-Cooler.

 

*建议长时间将冰板放于冰箱超低温环境中（≥72 h）。

*Advise place PCR-Cooler under the frozen refrigerator for more than 72 hours.

维护/清洁

Maintenance/Cleaning

当PCR冰板孔内或表面有液体残留时，请及时清理。

Clean the PCR-Cooler immediately if fluid residual comes into contact with the surface or enters into the well holes. 

1、移除底座；

1、Remove the PCR-Cooler from the holder.

2、使用弱碱性水(如肥皂水)清洗；

2、Clean with a mild alkaline water, such as a mild soap solution.

3、用蒸馏水彻底冲洗。

3、Rinse thoroughly with distilled water.

 

不使用时

When not in use

1、保持放置环境的干净、干爽，并放置实验室指定位置；

1、Stay PCR-Cooler product in a clean and dry environments, and place it in laboratory designated location.
